* Administrative staff, professional staff for coordinating and personalizing

* Securing and filing necessary paper work
* Use of facilities for visitation
* Use of facilities for funeral service
* Selecting Casket and Outer Receptacle
* Livery equipment: Hearse, Limousine, Flower Car
* Coordinating funeral mass with church or other location
* Selecting Prayer Cards
* Coordinating with Cemetery
Direct Burial: No services which includes:
* Transfer of remains to funeral home
* Funeral Director
* Securing and filing necessary paper work
* Transportation to cemetery

* Full legal name
* Home address
* Social Security
* Date and Place of Birth
* Marital Status
* Father’s name
* Mother’s Maiden Name
* Veteran’s Discharge Papers (if applicable)
* Education Level
* Occupation
* Next of Kin (name, address and relationship)
